The Fire and Earthquake Safety Expo is Sonoma County’s largest in-person emergency preparedness event, with activities in both English and Spanish. It is a unique, hands-on event that has been held since 2021 to help Sonoma County residents be better prepared for and respond to wildfires and earthquakes. The Expo offers sponsors and donors the opportunity to promote their business to more than 3,000 attendees, plus regional advertising.

It is not possible to put on a free event of this size and scope without the help of key community minded supporters, such as yourself. We are seeking funding for the items listed below.

  • A free giveaway, such as a kitchen fire extinguisher for every attending family
  • Live disaster simulations
  • Printing of signage and flyers, in English and Spanish
  • And more.

Sponsors at various levels will be recognized according to the donation levels listed at the bottom of this page. Financial donations are made to Cloverdale Citrus Fair, a 501-c-3 nonprofit organization. To donate click HERE or you can write a check to Cloverdale Citrus Fair and mail it to the address below. Gold Sponsorship

Logo on sponsor banner at Expo entrance, in event pamphlet, and on Expo website linked to sponsor’s website, Sponsor Highlight on social media, opportunity for sponsor promo video on Facebook, plus option for a booth and/or marketing materials on a Sponsor table at event. Requirements, one (or an equivalent combination financial and in-kind) of the following:

  • Minimum financial donation $3,000
  • In-kind value $3,000 or more

Silver Sponsorship

Name listed on sponsor banner at Expo entrance, on website, and in event pamphlet, plus option for a booth. Requirements, one (or an equivalent combination financial and in-kind) of the following:

  • Financial donation $1,000 to $2,999
  • In-kind value $1,000 to $2,999
  • Provide at least 10 volunteers day of event
  • Be an organizer


Name listed on a separate banner at Expo entrance and on website. Requirements, one of the following:

  • Financial donation less than $1,000
  • In-kind value less than $1,000
