Exhibitors play an integral role in making this event exciting, educational, and engaging for our guests. Your participation provides invaluable opportunities for attendees to learn, connect, and experience hands-on activities throughout the day.
How to Apply:
If you’d like to join us as an exhibitor, please complete the application through this link. We encourage you to share this opportunity with other businesses or organizations dedicated to keeping Sonoma County residents safe. Applications are open through May 2, 2025, and pre-registration is required.
Event Details for Exhibitors:
- This is a free event! Historically, more than 20% of attendees have been farmworkers and families of Hispanic heritage. To ensure everyone benefits, we’re creating a bilingual experience designed to educate and engage entire families and the broader community.
- Exhibitors must have their stations fully set up by 9:30 AM on Sunday, June 1, 2025, ahead of the event opening to the public at 10:00 AM.
- Stations must remain open and operational until the event closes at 3:00 PM and the crowd disperses.
- Vehicles, trailers, or large setups that are part of your booth experience must be brought in during advance setup on Saturday (emergency vehicles excluded).
Exhibitor Setup Times:
- Advance Setup: Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Day-of Setup: Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM

Letter to Exhibitors
We are excited to announce the Sonoma County Wildfire and Earthquake Safety Expo to be held at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds on June 1, 2025, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The Expo is a unique, family friendly, hands-on event. The 2025 Expo is hosted by Fire Safe Sonoma in collaboration with Northern Sonoma County CERT, local fire departments and in partnership with Sonoma County Department of Emergency Management. We anticipate more than 4,000 attendees (children and their adults), 100+ exhibitors. We invite local businesses to participate in this event as Exhibitors for FREE, giving attendees much to see, do and learn during this visit.
If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor please complete the application through this link. Please also share this event and the application with others who you think would benefit from exhibiting. Applications need to be submitted no later than May 2, 2025. Pre-registration is required.
Booth spaces are indoors and outdoors. You will receive confirmation and booth assignment on or before May 16.
Vehicles, trailers, etc. that are part of your booth experience will need to be brought in on Saturday. Emergency vehicles are the exception.
Exhibitor Set-up Times Will Include:
Advance Set-up: Saturday, May, 31, 2025 3:00 – 5:00 PM
Day of Set-up: Sunday, June 1, 2025 7:00 – 9:30 AM
Exhibitors are required to have their station set up by 9:30 AM the day of the event, ahead of the gates opening to the public at 10:00 AM. The event is scheduled to conclude at 3:00 PM and exhibitors are not permitted to break down or leave prior to the close of the event and the dissipation of the crowd. If you cannot commit to the full duration of the event, please do not register your participation.
This event has historically been attended by more than 20% farmworker and Hispanic heritage families. We are creating a bi-lingual experience designed to educate whole families as well as the whole community. There is no cost to attend.
Additionally, sponsorship donations are needed to cover the cost of this invaluable community education event. Sponsors who are confirmed early will be featured in the multi-faceted marketing efforts as well as on the event website and social media platforms.
