Calling All Local Businesses!
Are you interested in becoming an exhibitor at this year’s Wildfire and Earthquake Expo? We’d love to have you! There is no charge to exhibit, and we offer a variety of booth options to meet your needs.
Exhibitors play an integral role in making this event exciting, educational, and engaging for our guests. Your participation provides invaluable opportunities for attendees to learn, connect, and experience hands-on activities throughout the day.
How to Apply:
The deadline to apply to be an exhibitor was May 2nd, 2025. Thank you for your interest!
Event Details for Exhibitors:
- This is a free event! Historically, more than 20% of attendees have been farmworkers and families of Hispanic heritage. To ensure everyone benefits, we’re creating a bilingual experience designed to educate and engage entire families and the broader community.
- Exhibitors must have their stations fully set up by 9:30 AM on Sunday, June 1, 2025, ahead of the event opening to the public at 10:00 AM.
- Stations must remain open and operational until the event closes at 3:00 PM and the crowd disperses.
- Vehicles, trailers, or large setups that are part of your booth experience must be brought in during advance setup on Saturday (emergency vehicles excluded).
Exhibitor Setup Times:
- Advance Setup: Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Day-of Setup: Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM
